This salami is produced with genuine pork meat from animals raised in full respect with the nature of the Karst, halfway between Sales and Sgonico. Since the company's origins, pig breeding has been one of the main activities. Having no stable available, Mr. Slavko immediately thought of the farms in the wild, these pigs grow healthy and strong, without the administration of antibiotics, and the salami that derive from them have the characteristics of being healthy and hypoallergenic.
