From an ancient Family recipe, this De Carlo sauce was born, an authentic expression of the Apulian peasant culture. To the tomato pulp of the territory are added the artichokes of the "Violetto di Brindisi" variety, the cow ricotta, the sheep ricotta typical of the Bari, garlic and salt. All seasoned with Frantoio De Carlo extra virgin olive oil.
