Lightly smoked and spiced pork loin. The strands are produced from a cut of back lard and pork loin of selected pigs, bred in Friuli Venezia Giulia. They are salted by hand, delicately spiced and lightly smoked with cherry and laurel woods, finally seasoned naturally for about 6 months.
