Typically, nougat was the traditional Piedmontese dessert, an unmissable guest on the tables of every family in the Langhe in moments of celebration, such as the Christmas period. A poor dessert, made of few ingredients, good to warm the heart and pleasantly crunchy. We have reworked the traditional recipe to recover those sweet moments, still carrying out the crucial steps by hand, a bit like they once did, together with adequate technological innovation.
