Grande Reserve Gosset
The grapes come from 12 Cru classified between 93% and 100%, the winery is historically linked to a network of suppliers that today have become about 200. Unfortunately the chef de cave, Jean-Pierre Mareigner has passed away, but has left behind of itself a boundless legacy of knowledge inside the barrels of the cellar, containing the vins de Riserva. His recipe for this great wine includes the use of 43% Chardonnay, 42% Pinot Noir and 15% Pinot Meunier. Persistent perlage. The nose is very elegant, a meadow of aromatic herbs on which blond wheat is combined. Hints of honey, gingerbread, currant, dried fruit and ripe fruit enrich the olfactory progression. On the palate it has a very fine freshness, almost with a citrus appeal, it is mineral, quite savory and persistent.
