Immediately shows complexity and olfactory finesse with rocky minerality in the foreground, followed by perfectly ripe white-fleshed fruit such as pineapple, white peach and russet apple. Delicate hints of yeast given by the frequent batonage. Balance and elegance make the sip satisfying with a finish of good persistence. Suitable for grilled fish.
