Considered a dish of the Lazio and Roma tradition, its history is uncertain. However, it is certainly considered one of the most popular dishes in the world and has become part of the "La Dispensa di Amerigo" line to continue bringing taste and tradition to our table.

To best enjoy the Carbonara sauce, we recommend pasta made with durum wheat. Cook the pasta in abundant salted water, meanwhile pour the contents into a non-stick pan and heat over low heat. Dilute the sauce with a ladle of cooking water until a homogeneous and creamy mixture is obtained. Add the pasta, mix and serve. To complete the dish, add a generous sprinkling of Pecorino Romano Cheese.
